The Heart and Soul of the 4 Wheel Jamborees

My truck is an 83 Chevy Scotsdale built by me and my brother Bryan, It has a 540c.i. merlin motor with merlin oval port heads, comp cams hyd roller cam, edelbrock victor jr intake, mighty demon 850 carb, and MSD ignition.

The trans is a turbo 400 with a 3000 stall converter and NP205 t-case, The axles are ¾ Ton Dana 44 with a Powr-Loc and 4340 Warn axle shafts up front and GM 14 bolt with a Detroit Locker and 4.56 Gears with a rear disc brake conversion in the rear.

Lift is 6" suspension and 3" boby lift, Tires are M/T MTZs 36/15.50s on weld stone crusher wheels.

Everything on this truck (motor, trans, axles, ect.) were built by me and my brother so if we break it we can fix it.

Believe it or not this truck was built for burnouts so if you get a chance come watch me play at the 4 wheel jamboree in springfield mo,

Hey Hotrod, you got a nice truck! Glad to see that someone thinks the same way I do. I also built my truck from the ground up and do all my own mechanic work, because I enjoy doing burnouts and a little drag racing when I can. People around my home town think i'm crazy doing that stuff with a 4x4. Wish mine had the horses yours does. Keep burning up the pavement!!
