There is really no way to tell if any other modifications will need done. There is a good possibility that the front shaft may need lengthened, but that's impossible to say without taking measurements. Shocks could need changed also, but you can check that beforehand to see if you have enough stroke left in them.

The height never seems to hold. Also when you have that big of a spring it has such as extreme arch already that adding more without lengthening the leaves themselves will cause the distance between spring eyes to shorten quite a bit and the springs won't fit well. If you do spread them to fit the shackles then they are pulled apart in such a way that you probably won't end up with much more lift if any. It looks like you have a hanger kit up front already. If not you could add that. If you have a 3" you could go 4.5". If you already have 4.5" then there's not much for an easy solution.
